As we go through our lives, we have experiences that we attach emotions to. These emotions then cause us to form beliefs about ourselves, and to perceive ourselves and our lives a certain way.

The issue lies with these beliefs being formed during our childhood and our earlier, formative years, and so once we reach adulthood, they may not serve us in a positive way.

This can lead to many different issues, negative behaviours and habits.

Lack of confidence, low self esteem, food and weight issues, addictions such as smoking, drinking or shopping, anxiety and depression, fears and phobias, and many other destructive and self-sabotaging behaviours.

The good news is that once the root cause of these beliefs has been identified, they can be replaced with much more beneficial beliefs, therefore freeing us from anything that has been holding us back.

Why RTT?

The conscious mind is the critical, logical mind.

The subconscious mind is the emotional mind. It is like a vault, where we store every memory, every experience, every lesson we have ever had, and where we store the emotions and beliefs we have attached to these memories.

In any given situation, emotion will always beat knowledge, and so our subconscious mind will always have the final say - do you ever find yourself making the same choice over and over again even though you know it’s not beneficial?

In order to change the way we react, respond or feel about any situation, we need more than just willpower and logic.

Imagine the subconscious mind as a computer where responses, reactions, and behaviours are programmed in.

If we have a behaviour we hate, or a habit we dislike, we must make these changes to the program in the subconscious mind, so that we can respond and react differently to the same situation.

Hypnosis allows us to change these programs by allowing us to communicate directly with the subconscious mind, therefore allowing us to make the changes that need to be made.
