We use the new science learned about the menopause, specifically how it actually starts in the brain and not the ovaries, as previously thought, to allow us to focus on the areas that can help us create a completely different menopause experience by focusing on brain health, and the sooner we can make these changes the better.
We deal with symptoms such as insomnia, fatigue, brain fog, stress, anxiety, depression, confidence, self-esteem, weight gain and physical issues, while also reducing the risks of Alzheimer’s through these healthcare changes.
I hope to educate women and change the narrative of menopause into something that can be quite inspirational, and to show them that it isn’t the end, and instead can be the beginning of their journey to optimal, lifelong health!

I offer a Weight Management, Motivation and Confidence Boosting package and here we’ll focus on the subconscious programming that has been running:
- your dietary choices
- how you relate to food
- what you use food for
- how you feel about yourself
By identifying the root cause of these subconscious behaviours, we will be able to completely transform your thought patterns, making better choices second nature, and allowing you to be the best version of yourself and to make your life amazing!
The Peace of Mind Package:
Here we use Rapid Transformational Therapy to enable us to identify and release deep-seated fears, negative thought patterns, and emotional triggers that contribute to anxiety.
By going back to the root cause, we are able to identify the beliefs behind the programmes that have been causing the anxiety, the worries and the fears, therefore allowing us to reprogramme these limiting beliefs to enable a much healthier way of dealing with stress and to build long-term resilience, to allow for peace of mind, self-assurance and emotional freedom.

Each session is approximately 2 hours and here we will identify, reframe and transform your limiting beliefs.
